Stocks on Famebroker

• Who decides on the stock’s value and how is it created?

o The traders themselves decide on the value of the stocks. The stock’s price is created by the market supply and demand. Simply said, the more you buy and sell somebody’s stocks the more that stock’s value (its price) will go up or down.

For example, you detect a young promising soccer player and you buy 10 of his stocks for 1$ each. That player suddenly gets signed by a big team and scores every weekend. His popularity value is now 5$. You can either decide to sell your 10 stocks at 5$ and make a 40$ profit or wait for its performance to reach 100% and collect the dividend.

• How do I introduce my own popularity stock?

o To introduce your own popularity stock you have to contact us on support@famebroker.com. We will then get in touch with you and let you know the following steps.

• What is an IPO?

o IPO stands for Initial Public Offer. The life of a stock starts with an IPO – with a date of release, an initial price, total number of stocks to be released, and time to be released. Brokers and platform news will announce the IPOs. Once the IPOs are announced you can start buying and selling stocks.

• What is a stock performance?

o After a stock is released you can buy and sell it in the trading section. Anytime there is a trade, there is a small trading fee. Those fees will be attached to the traded stocks. This is what we call stock performance. The stock performance is expressed from 0% to 100 %. Once a stock performance reaches 100% of its performance the stock will pay a dividend directly to the online wallet of those owning that stock. Whether the performance will increase or decrease depends on the fluctuation of the price.
